The Principals of PROfabric, L.L.C. are its President, Chuck and its Vice-President, Diane Larsen.

Chuck dreamed of flight from his earliest days with buying Pietenpol Aircamper Plans in his early teens and a trip to the EAA Fly-In Convention at Rockford, Illinois in 1964 and participation with EAA Chapters through the 70's are benchmarks on his way to a full-time career in aviation.  From 1980 through 2004 Chuck served EAA Members for 25 years first as Executive Director for the Chapter and Designee (now Technical Counselor) then Education Programs; initiating developing and administering EAA Youth and Adult Education Programs, Museum Programs and Convention Workshops.  He has developed technical manuals, Fly-In Convention Workshops and the predessors of the EAA Sportair Workshops.  Through these years he was active in hands-on work on aircraft in his Oshkosh home, hangar and airstrip. 

The Brown B-1, an original 1930's air racer that was displayed in the EAA Museum was restored under his guidance and hands is his high point of the aircraft projects he has accomplished and supported.  His personal airplanes and projects have included a Pietenpol Air Camper, Piper Colt, Aeronca L-3, and a 1940 Taylorcraft BL-65.  During this time he has also instructed many in the "skills and lore of aviation".

A wide range of personal, educational and professional experiences come into focus with the formation of PROfabric, L.L.C. as Chuck shares his craftsmanship to support aircraft builders make progress on their aircraft.  his experience, skills and appreciation of quality will bring success to PROfabric patrons.  He has also discovered in his maturity how much he enjoys applying fabric to aircraft plus the desire to spend Summers in the North and Winters in the South. 

Diane has supported this partnership as she has other endeavours since 1961.  She has found success and holds several "PHTs" (Putting Hubby Through) corresponding to Chuck's employment, education and projects.  She plans to be more directly involved in PROfabric, L.L.C. but initially she will provide "domestic support" with office work and helping with rib stitching is on the horizon.  This is the lady who would ask; "Why aren't you at the airport?" after her day at work.  She will assure we will succeed at your and other projects.
