cover in your first contact with PROfabric, L.L.C.   

SCHEDULING:

The  customer and PROfabric schedule dates based on

planned availibility of the ready-to-cover airframe and/or

components.  Only dates assuring the low temperaures

will be above 40 degrees Ferinheit can be made.    Dates

may be established as much as 36 months in advance. 

When a date is established the customer will receive a

package of materials that includes:

-a contract establishing the projected dates,

 costs and other conditions of the agreement.

-an agreement to recognize and assume risk,

 release, discharge and agree not to sue, to

 indemnify, hold harmless and defend PROfabric,

 LLC  its elements and associates.

ESTIMATING INVESTMENTS:

Using the venerable “Taylorcraft BL-65” as an example for the

fixtures, application, stitching and taping of fabric on an airframe

or components.  PROfabric, LLC would apply the customer’s

materials on the customer’s airframe in aproximately 120

hours/three weeks paid as indicated in the “Sequence” section

following.  All contracts are for an contracted, fixed amount.

WORK and PAYMENT SEQUENCE

based on the “Taylorcraft BL-65” NOTE:  these numbers

vary with the aircraft/components:

Customer pays non-refundable deposit submitted with the signed,

notarized agreements provided by PROfabric, LLC.  PROfabric,

LLC then executes agreements, acknowledges schedule and

deposit returning customer’s copies by certified mail or other

express service.

PROfabric, LLC will maintain communication with each customer

to verify the schedule, answer questions and motivate progress.

It is anticipated customers will also maintain these ongoing

communications.

When PROfabric, LLC arrives at the customer’s site an

additional amount is due.

PROfabric, LLC covers, stitches and tapes:

(2) Ailerons, rudder, doors,

(2) elevators,

(2) landing gears

(2) horizontal stabilizers,

The customer pays 20-25% of the contract amount to PROfabric.

PROfabric covers, stitches and tapes one wing.

The customer pays 20-25% of contract amount to PROfabric.

PROfabric covers, stitches and tapes one wing.

The customer pays 20-25% of contract amount to PROfabric.

PROfabric covers, stitches and tapes the fuselage interior

and exterior applying the initial deposit and

the amount paid at the arrival of PROfabric, LLC.

All remittance must be made at a time and in a form acceptable

by PROfabric, LLC.  Failure by the customer to pay any amounts

due result in cancellation of all agreements/contracts and forfeiture

of all funds paid to PROfabric, LLC.
